Modular Home Buying Steps

1. Get Pre-Approved

Once you’ve researched mortgage lenders and have a budget through the pre-qualification process, now it’s time to get pre-approved. This is not the final loan process. All you are doing is asking the chosen lender to pre-approve a possible loan. This helps you in two ways: it shows the builder you are serious and that you are financially capable of building a new home and gives you a target price range. 

2. Choose Home That Works Best for You

You will work with our team to choose models from our modular home collections. You will work with our team to choose color schemes, decor, special features, needs and wants. 


Once you choose a modular home plan, we will send the information to our design & engineering department where they will finalize the plans. 


At this time, a deposit may be required to start the ordering process. 

3. Select the Location for Your New Home

Do you already own land?  If not, we have Agents on standby to help you find the perfect location for your new home. You can click on the Land Search button to search available land in our area.
